Welcome to LAYLA!

At LAYLA, you can purchase products safely and easily. Instructions of purchasing procedure are as following.

1.	sign Up First of all, sign up as a user. Enter your name, e-mail address, and other required information to sign up as a LAYLA user. >>Click here for sign up procedures. >> Sign up
2.	Find the product you want Key word search: Use the Search Bar at the top of the LAYLA homepage. Category search: If you have not decided what product that you wish to purchase, or if you want to look for products in a specific category, use the “Categories” box at the top left of the LAYLA homepage for specified products searching.
	If you cannot find the item that you want, use "Demand" function and hunt for it. >> "5. Using Demand Function"
3.	Purchase Once you find the product that you wish to purchase, read the product description carefully and make sure that you fully understand the product’s content, price and shipping fee, etc., then click on the “Purchase” button. For the same product, price might differ depending on whether Buyer is in the same country or different country with Seller. 	Payment methods differ depending on the total amount of the product price and shipping fee. For transactions that total amount less than $10,000 USD, you can pay via PayPal. For transactions that total amount more than $10,000 USD, you can pay via bank transfer. >>Click here for information of product prices and payment.
4.	Check your purchase history You can review your purchase history on My LAYLA page. Payment and shipment status for each product can also be checked and recorded on My LAYLA. If you want to ask Seller about your purchased product, please go to My LAYLA and contact Seller from there. Please rate the product and Seller upon product's arrival. >> Go to My LAYLA
5.	Use Demand function If you do not find the item you want, you can request (Demand) the item to Sellers at LAYLA. After signed up as user, you can list your Demand from MyPage.
	Once your Demand is listed, your Demand request will be sent to Sellers at LAYLA. Seller who has your wanted item will answer your Demand in a way called “Supply” function by listing that product. Buyer who listed Demand will be notified immediately by email with Supply product’s information, and Supply product will be showed available ONLY to that Buyer from the following 24 hours. If purchase is not made within 24 hours, Supply product will be released to all Buyers at LAYLA.
	■Demand function description 1. Demand information disclosure scope 1-1. Listed Demand information can be viewed by all users using LAYLA. 1-2. Once Demand is listed, request email will be sent to all Sellers listing in the same category. 2.When Demand is answered(Supply) 2-1. Buyer who listed Demand will be notified by email when Demand is answered in a way called “Supply” function. Please check the Supply product and decide if you would like to proceed to purchase. 2-2. During Demand period, multiple Sellers Might Supply to your Demand. You can purchase the only one product that you want, or you can purchase all. It’s not necessary to purchase any if Supply product does not meet your requirements. 2-3. Buyer who listed Demand has the exclusive privilege to purchase Supply product which is showed available ONLY to that Buyer for 24 hours after supplied. If purchase is not made within 24 hours, Supply product’s information will be released to all users. 3.Demand cost 3-1.Demand listing fee：Free 3-2.Demand fee：When a Supply product is purchased, we will charge 5% of the total order amount (item price + shipping fee) to Buyer who listed Demand. Demand fee will also occur to other Buyers.When Supply product has not been purchased after 31 days of Supply’s release date,it will become a normal listed item and Demand fee will not occur since then. 3-3.
